Haydn co-founded BSP Strategic in 2012 after starting his career at PKF, where he specialised in taxation advice for mid-tier corporates and property developers. Over time, he transitioned into senior roles in commercial accounting with large multinational firms, gaining significant experience in due diligence for major acquisitions.

Haydn is one of the few accredited Business Valuation Specialists with CA ANZ and has valued businesses globally, including those listed on prominent exchanges such as Deutsche Borse, LSE, and AIM. His deep expertise in M&A has driven the successful valuation and transaction advisory of hundreds of businesses.
